Jessica Veronica Couch is a fit technology expert, strategist, advisor, writer and speaker. She is the founder of Luxor + Finch Consulting a boutique consulting agency focused on matching people to products through technology integration. Jessica is a graduate of North Carolina State University's College of Textiles, where she is currently a member of the Dean's Young Alumni Leadership Council. She received her Master’s in Digital Innovation and Fit from Cornell University under the guidance of Professor Susan P. Ashdown.

Since the completion of her Master’s, she has worked with and advised numerous companies, brands and retailers in the fit technology space. Jessica is a leading expert and researcher on the matter of fit. In her career, she has published over 70 articles on the matter of fit and fit tech, including a thesis on fit and perception and curated events and panels on the subject of fashion and fit technology across the US.

Jessica’s works has been featured in The Sourcing Journal, WWD, Fashion is Your Business Podcast and many other publications.

As a consultant, Jessica works to resolve the pain points caused by fit through technology integration, best practices and innovative strategy. Through Luxor + Finch Consulting, she is able to focus on integrating technology throughout the supply chain to improve fit, educating brands on fit as a competitive advantage and to devising sustainable solutions. In 2018, she co-founded The Women of Color Fashion Tech Brunch, bringing together women of color in the fashion, tech, and finance industries . The group has evolved to include thousands of people around the world all dedicated to more diversity and inclusion in the fashion and tech world. Jessica Couch continues to innovate in fashion.
