Deanna is the Managing Attorney of the Clark-Esposito Law Firm, P.C. in New York City. Her firm provides legal services for fashion designers, importers, exporters, freight forwarders and others with a focus on international trade (import/export) matters, contract drafting for sales and supplier agreements, vendor oversight, production/supply chain management, and minimizing risks in global business, including protecting trade secrets and intellectual property.

Deanna joined the faculty as an adjunct professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology (F.I.T.) in 2010 and has taught International Business Law and International Business Transactions. She served on the university’s Diversity Council and participated second Sustainable Fashion Conference. Deanna also taught Business Law in the Graduate Studies program at LIM College.
She is the President of the NY Chapter of the Organization of Women in International Trade and is an Executive Member of the Fashion Group International (FGI). Deanna has done a number of programs with the U.S. Small Business Administration, the New York Public Library, Etsy and FGI on compliance, fashion law, and international trade.
