Eszter is the Manager of Member Engagement for the Americas at the Sustainable Apparel Coalition. In this capacity, she works with 100+ member companies in the apparel, footwear, and home textiles industries throughout the region to deepen their involvement in the work of the SAC while scaling up usage of the Higg Index throughout their supply chains.

Prior to joining the SAC, Eszter was Senior Manager of Reuse and Donations at the New York City Department of Sanitation, managing materials reuse and circular economy programming aimed at supporting the City's zero waste goals. She oversaw the launch of the inaugural ReFashion Week NYC, organized the cross-industry NYCxReuse materials reuse conference, and managed the launch of the world's first municipally-administered food donation portal.

In addition, Eszter has over a decade of experience building communities of practice in settings as varied as the arts, academia, tech, and government. She holds degrees from New York University and Grinnell College; she is based in New York City.
